Kristen Kindoll is a freelance writer and graphic designer. She wrote a weekly column for ten years at The Tennessean. Writing Adventurers was created as a travel-experience-learn venture for those individuals who want to travel, experience the sights, and have purposeful learning sessions. In crafting positive environments for artistic and educational progress, she created Kindoll Academy. For over twenty years, she has taught classes and workshops to students of all ages.

I have created opportunities to address the community's needs with various endeavors (Writing Adventurers, Kindoll Academy, and KK Publishing). As a Team Leader, I oversaw operations and coordinated with other departments and outside clients, implementing daily missions, training materials, organizational structure, and outreach objectives. I create original curricula for all of my workshops and classes.

I am a certified Primary Aqua Instructor and Primary Group Exercise Instructor. I have CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid training from the American Red Cross. My workouts are full-body exercise programs, incorporating strength and flexibility throughout the fifty-five-minute routines. Each workout is created around a motivational theme, with corresponding music, and ending with a spiritual affirmation.
